  • Yes, we have experience utilizing a variety of project management tools tailored to our clients needs which includes the following: Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Jira, Basecamp, Notion and more. These tools can also enhance collaboration, streamline workflows, and provide real-time visibility on project process. We provide options but work with our clients needs first.

  • Yes, our Premium and Elite Event Planning Packages include event logistics management and event marketing. For on-site support, we charge by the hour of the time needed to be at the event. Rates start at $65 per hour.

  • We focus on detailed planning, effective clear communication, and close collaboration with our clients and vendors to ensure every aspect of the event is meticulously managed and executed. We develop an event planning tracking system within Monday.com to provide visibility on progress to our clients.

  • We begin with an initial complimentary consultation to understand your needs and goals. From there, we develop a customized plan and timeline, and then we execute the plan while keeping you informed and involved throughout the process. We schedule weekly meetings and provide you access to your Event Tracking board within Monday.com once contract is signed and first deposit (30% of total cost) is received.

  • Yes, we offer 30-day post-project or post-event email and phone support to address any additional needs or questions that may arise.
